Saved By an Angel

It was a bright and ordinary mid-morning. Visitors had come to our home, and Grandpa kindly offered to drive them to their next destination. As usual, little Kobby, our energetic two-year-old, happily joined him for the ride. To Kobby, every trip with Grandpa was an adventure.

After dropping off the visitors, Grandpa stopped briefly by the roadside before heading back. Confident that everything was secure, he pressed the central lock, unaware that curious little Kobby had somehow managed to unlock the door.

In a moment that would later send chills through the entire family, Kobby fell from the vehicle without Grandpa noticing.

The car continued on its journey while the little boy was left alone, frightened and vulnerable. What happened next could have ended in unimaginable heartbreak. Instead, fate placed a compassionate stranger in Kobby's path.

The stranger noticed the child and immediately realized something was terribly wrong. Rather than walking away or assuming someone else would help, this person stayed with him, comforted him, and made sure he was safe while efforts were made to locate his family.

Back at home, panic soon erupted when Kobby's absence was discovered. Fear gripped every heart as family members searched desperately, each passing minute feeling like an eternity. The questions were endless, and the possibilities too painful to imagine.

Then came the news everyone had been praying for.

Kobby had been found.

Safe.

Alive.

Protected by someone who had no obligation to stop but chose kindness instead.

The relief that swept through the family was overwhelming. What could have become a lifelong tragedy became a powerful testimony to the goodness that still exists in the world.

Saved by a Stranger is more than a story about a lost child. It is a story about compassion, humanity, and the extraordinary difference one person can make by choosing to care. It reminds us that sometimes angels do not arrive with wings—they arrive as ordinary strangers who simply refuse to walk away when someone needs help.
